Terms of Service

SevaKendra is a Government Service Facilitation Centre operated by GR Technology Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru, Karnataka (GST: 29XXXXXXXXXX1Z5). We assist Karnataka citizens in applying for government documents, certificates, and schemes.

We operate under the Karnataka Cyber Café Rules and applicable IT and consumer protection laws of India.

By registering or using SevaKendra, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our platform. Terms may be updated periodically — continued use constitutes acceptance.

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Resident of India, primarily Karnataka
• Valid mobile number required
• Legal capacity to enter a binding agreement

SevaKendra facilitates 50+ government services. We are a facilitation service only — documents are issued by respective government departments. Services include:

• Provide true, accurate, complete information in all forms
• Upload genuine, unaltered documents only
• Not use the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Not impersonate any person or entity
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access

• Government Fee: Collected on behalf of the government and remitted directly
• Platform Fee: Our service charge for facilitation and support (includes 18% GST)

All fees are displayed transparently before payment. No hidden charges.

Add money to your wallet via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, or Cash at our centre. Wallet balances are non-transferable and can only be used for SevaKendra services.

• Documents stored on secure, encrypted servers
• Access restricted to authorised staff only
• Compliant with UIDAI Aadhaar guidelines
• Retained for 3 years then securely deleted

Processing times are estimates. Delays may occur due to government backlog, document discrepancies, or force majeure. SevaKendra is not responsible for government department delays.

• We do not guarantee approval of any application
• Information is for guidance only — government rules may change

Maximum liability shall not exceed the platform fee paid for the specific service. We are not liable for application rejections or delays by government departments.

We may suspend accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in fraud. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support.

All content — logos, design, code, text — is owned by GR Technology Pvt. Ltd. Reproduction without prior written permission is prohibited.

Governed by Indian law. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Consumer grievances: National Consumer Helpline 1800-11-4000.
