SevaKendra is a Government Service Facilitation Centre operated by GR Technology Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru, Karnataka (GST: 29XXXXXXXXXX1Z5). We assist Karnataka citizens in applying for government documents, certificates, and schemes.
We operate under the Karnataka Cyber Café Rules and applicable IT and consumer protection laws of India.
By registering or using SevaKendra, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our platform. Terms may be updated periodically — continued use constitutes acceptance.
SevaKendra facilitates 50+ government services. We are a facilitation service only — documents are issued by respective government departments. Services include:
All fees are displayed transparently before payment. No hidden charges.
Add money to your wallet via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, or Cash at our centre. Wallet balances are non-transferable and can only be used for SevaKendra services.

Processing times are estimates. Delays may occur due to government backlog, document discrepancies, or force majeure. SevaKendra is not responsible for government department delays.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the platform fee paid for the specific service. We are not liable for application rejections or delays by government departments.
We may suspend accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in fraud. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support.
