Visiting government portals directly is always free — we charge only for our facilitation and assistance services.

SevaKendra makes no representations or warranties that any application submitted will be approved. All final decisions rest exclusively with the relevant government authority. We cannot influence, guarantee, or predict government decisions.

While we strive to keep service information, fees, and processing times accurate, government rules and fee structures change frequently. SevaKendra does not guarantee completeness or currency of information.

Our platform contains links to government websites for reference. SevaKendra has no control over content or availability of external websites. Linking does not constitute endorsement.

UIDAI manages Aadhaar. SevaKendra is not an official UIDAI-authorised agency. We assist in the Aadhaar update process but do not have direct access to UIDAI systems. All Aadhaar services are submitted through official UIDAI channels.

Government fees collected by us are remitted to the respective department. Platform fees are our service charges. If you apply directly at the government portal, you pay only the government fee (often free). Our fee is for the convenience and assistance we provide.
