SevaKendra is a facilitation service. Refunds for government fees depend on government department policy. Platform fees are refundable only in specific circumstances below.

This policy explains conditions under which you can request a refund. All approved refunds are credited to your SevaKendra Wallet — not to bank/UPI directly. Wallet credits can be used for future services.

Non-Refundable — Details

If your application is rejected by the government due to wrong information, ineligibility, or missing documents, the government fee is non-refundable as it has been remitted to the department.

Important: Ensure all information is accurate before submitting. Rejections due to applicant error do not qualify for full refunds.
