This policy explains conditions under which you can request a refund. All approved refunds are credited to your SevaKendra Wallet — not to bank/UPI directly. Wallet credits can be used for future services.
If your application is rejected by the government due to wrong information, ineligibility, or missing documents, the government fee is non-refundable as it has been remitted to the department.

All approved refunds are credited to your SevaKendra Wallet. We do not process direct bank/UPI/card refunds. Wallet balance can be used for any future service.
